We are looking for driven, talented, and dynamic individuals who will work tirelessly to use their talents to inspire people to rediscover the genius of Catholicism. \n What You'll Do In this role, you will focus on mastering HR fundamentals while playing a pivotal role in: Lead Recruitment & Interviewing: Manage the full interview lifecycle for applicants, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from first contact to hire. University & Event Representation: Serve as our primary representative at roughly 8 university career fairs and external expos annually to drive recruitment. Execute HR Fundamentals: Manage seasonal HR cycles including benefits open enrollment, merit reviews, and payroll approval. Vendor Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and benefit brokers, gradually taking ownership of renewal processes. Onboarding & Culture: Facilitate excellent onboarding for new hires, ensuring the strategic goals of leadership. Professional Growth and Development This role will serve as an "apprenticeship" into HR leadership, providing: A structured path to learn seasonal HR cycles such as recruitment, open enrollment, and merit review processes.
