Adecco is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Recruiter to join our team in the Auburn Hills, Michigan Branch. This is a contract-to-colleague opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent to support our clients and Branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Branch leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions

Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain candidate pipelines

Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes

Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding

Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn)

Support onboarding activities, including background checks and new hire paperwork

Meet weekly recruiting goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience preferred

Strong interpersonal andmunication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Comfortable using ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools

Stronganizational skills and attention to detail

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
