Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist O'Fallon, MO (hybrid work schedule) Job Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment for Senior-level product roles across North America, directly supporting the growth of a dynamic Services organization. Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this individual contributor role acts as a strategic talent advisor, developing and executing diverse sourcing strategies to attract top product talent and build high-performing teams that drive product innovation and digital payments excellence. Responsibilities Lead and deliver a seamless, end-to-end recruitment process, managing the full cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing for Senior-level product roles. Recruit for product-focused positions, including Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product roles, ensuring a strong alignment between candidate capabilities and business needs. Build strong partnerships with local, regional, and global leaders to understand critical talent needs and translate them into effective recruiting strategies. Develop, manage, and continuously refine innovative direct sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent for core, developing, and emerging business areas. Create and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, proactively engaging potential candidates and sharing market intelligence with stakeholders. Develop and implement targeted recruiting strategies tailored to specific product teams, leveraging internal and external market insights to build a high-quality, diverse candidate pool. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, candidate profiles, interview strategies, and market conditions to support effective hiring decisions. Essential Skills Extensive experience in product recruitment with a proven track record of successfully hiring Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product-focused roles. Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates by understanding the product lifecycle, market needs, and industry trends. Strong talent acquisition expertise with hands-on experience in full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Ability to develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies to attract highly competitive talent both internally and externally. High sense of urgency and a strong commitment to meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in the face of changing business needs and ambiguity. Proven experience building collaborative relationships and effectively advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels across functions. Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions and decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support reporting, analysis, and presentations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience recruiting within both corporate and agency environments, bringing a broad perspective on talent markets and sourcing channels. Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred but not required. Strong business acumen and comfort working with complex, evolving requirements and limited information. Ability to leverage data and market intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and advise hiring managers. Experience embedding inclusive hiring practices and supporting diversity-focused sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly with Senior stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Work Environment This role follows a hybrid work model, with standard Monday through Friday hours and an expectation of three days per week in the office. The position operates within a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on digital payments, fraud and risk management, cybersecurity, and enhancing the digital payments experience. You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders across multiple time zones and functions. Daily work involves extensive use of collaboration tools, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and an applicant tracking system such as Workday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of O Fallon, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
