Assistant Public Safety Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active Act 235 Certified.
  • A desire to be an integral part of a fast-paced team with a constant emphasis on safety.
  • Ability to focus on guests’ needs while remaining calm during stressful situations.
  • 5 + years of Public Safety experience.
  • Should be certified in Taser, Ocat, Baton & Handcuffing, OR be able to obtain certifications within 6 months of hire.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, emergency response protocols, security systems, and risk assessment techniques.
  • This role often involves a combination of office work and field supervision, requiring the ability to respond to emergencies at any time.

  • Recruit, develop and retain top talent.
  • Identifies and reports all safety/security-related matters.
  • Performs investigations and cooperates with local law enforcement officials as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive public safety and security procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Train, schedule, and evaluate security personnel and staff engaged in public safety duties.
