Recruitment of responsible BU. Managing onboarding process and providing consulting to the new employees. Leading, planning, steering and conducting the entire performance appraisal and executive development process. Leading and implementing employee training needs analysis. Managing resignation and termination process. Participate in interview process and partner with business leaders to ensure hired candidates can add on to the team capabilities and organization culture. Interview the candidate and make the decision with business leader. Managing the recruiting process. Partner with Organization Development team in identifying organization capability gaps, designing development programs, delivering such programs, and assessing improvement. Partner with OD team to create development concepts for a lean leading organization and strategic management of business groups. Realizing needs for action regarding the organizational and leadership culture, as well as developing change management concepts and leading/controlling the implementation planning. Employee Survey & Action Plan implementation & follow up. Connect with all levels of employees to improve work environments and provide feedback to leadership. Conduct the formal and informal communication at all levels in the organization. Collect and analyze the data about employee needs. Design the improvement programs. Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees. Foster engagement and support employees career development, identifying training and coaching opportunities. Drive consistency and simplification on change initiatives, talent management process,
developing toolkits and communications that help managers to be self-sufficient. Be a key member of the HRBP team helping to develop world-class HR capabilities. Involve and support other ad-hoc functional or cross-functional HR projects in an agile way. Partner with Organization Culture teams in designing and implementing company culture events. Host company culture events, and align daily employee communications with company values and vision.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Integrated and Practicing Management, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in the HR Manager, or any other related occupation, job title/position.
