Responsibilities
Manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
Oversee driver qualification files and DOT compliance
Administer company safety programs and training initiatives
Conduct accident investigations and corrective action plans
Monitor FMCSA regulations and ensure compliance standards are met
Maintain HR records, policies, and employee documentation
Coordinate safety meetings and ongoing employee training
Support management with workforce planning and performance management
Qualifications:
Experience in Human Resources, Safety, Transportation, or Logistics
Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and employment regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with HR and compliance systems
