Recruiter - Talent & Operations @ Social Media/Entertainment/E-Commerce Startup

We are hiring a full-time, in-office Recruiter . This is a talent-hunting role at a fast-moving studio/startup where the people you place directly contribute to our day to day success and will become the future leaders of the company as we scale, just as this role will one day lead talent acquisition planning and strategy as we scale nationally and globally over the next 5 years. We move fast for the right fit.

What You'll Actually Do
You'll own the full recruiting cycle for our three core talent pipelines. You'll source, screen, and move candidates through the process with speed and judgment build the kind of a pipeline that is always proactive, rather than reactive. You will learn our talent market and own the development creative, competitive, and high-converting recruiting strategies. We are at hypergrowth phase and like to move quickly.

In a typical week you'll:
- Source candidates across platforms, and anywhere else the right people are hiding
- Review interview submissions with a sharp eye perfect fit and energy
- Screen operations candidates for coordination, reliability, and the ability to keep a live production running
- Run first-round interviews and give hiring managers a tight, well-reasoned shortlist
- Manage candidate communication from first contact through offer, keeping people warm, informed, and excited
- Maintain and build the ATS so our pipeline is always clean and current
- Partner with leadership to understand what is needed in the role and offer your subject matter expertise to help them define and refine the role, as well as job descriptions
- Spot patterns in attrition to understand who didn't work out, and why, and use that to sharpen future searches

What We Are Looking For
- Recruiting experience: You've run full-cycle recruiting before. You know what a good pipeline looks like and how to build one.
- Speed and follow-through: The right candidate won't wait two weeks. You move, you communicate, you close quickly
- Curator of Candidate Experience: We set high standards for our culture as well as our candidate experience and strive to WOW every time.
- Organized under pressure: You're managing multiple roles at once. Nothing falls through the cracks.
- Communication: Clear, direct, and warm; with candidates, with hiring managers, and in writing.

Backgrounds that translate well into this role : talent agency recruiting, casting, entertainment or media staffing, high-volume recruiting in retail or hospitality, agency recruiting. If you've recruited for roles where personality and presence matter as much as a skillset and experience, you'll feel at home here.

Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, in-office
- Starting rate (will review after 3 months): $25-$30 base salary depending on experience
- Paid every other Friday
