As an HR Coordinator- Compensation you are responsible for supporting the administration of the company's compensation programs. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of compensation data, assisting in market research, and maintaining compensation records. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the Compensation Manager and other HR team members to support the development and implementation of compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
