The Agency Recruiter is responsible for managing fullcycle recruiting efforts for Atrium's Administrative Support Talent Solutions division. This is a highgrowth, highimpact recruiting team with a strong client base and unlimited earning potential, where individual performance directly drives success and commission.
This role is ideal for a dynamic, driven, and goaloriented recruiter who thrives in a fastpaced, competitive environment. Someone who enjoys problem solving and remains resilient through challenges. The Recruiter will successfully match Administrative professionals with temporary opportunities while building strong relationships with candidates and internal partners.
Responsibilities
As an Agency Recruiter, you will manage the endtoend recruiting life cycle and play an integral role in delivering talent solutions to clients.
FullCycle Recruiting
Manage fullcycle recruiting for temporary Administrative positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks
Conduct behavioralbased, inperson and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit
Prepare candidates thoroughly for interviews and conduct postinterview debriefs
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Source active and passive candidates through job postings, online job boards, networking events, referrals, and social media platforms
Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of Administrative talent
"Play matchmaker" by aligning candidate skills, goals, and experience with client needs
Candidate & Client Partnership
Negotiate salary and pay rates with candidates
Keep candidate records updated with detailed notes, interview feedback, and summaries
Partner with Account Managers to intake detailed job orders and better understand client needs
Support client relationship development through participation in onsite visits, client lunches/dinners, and approved client activities
Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement
Stay current on Administrative industry trends, labor market conditions, and hiring demands
Leverage feedback and performance data to continuously improve recruiting strategies
Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of work experience; BusinesstoBusiness staffing, recruiting, or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of setting and achieving goals
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success in fastpaced, deadlinedriven, and highly competitive environments
- Ability to work across multiple levels of an organization and partner with crossfunctional teams
- Working knowledge of solutionsoriented sales and closing techniques
- Resilient, persistent, and motivated by results
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to commute and work on-site in our Holmdel Office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience required

COMPENSATION
This role offers a base salary between $55,000-$60,000, plus uncapped commission, providing the opportunity for unlimited earning potential.
