ABOUT THE ROLE
(Full Time) Tuesday to Surday 8:30am to 5:00pm
As a Staffing Coordinor Belmont Village Senior Living, you will be responsible for scheduling Nurses, Med Techs and Caregivers, coordining time off requests, tracking overtime, creing daily assignment sheets, scheduling breaks and tracking tendance. This position supports the Director of Resident Care Services with resident files and clerical duties. The ideal candide is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstres emphy. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordine 24 hour work schedules including coverage for call offs and approved time off requests using On Shift scheduling software
Effectively manage staffing schedules to fairly distribute work hours, keep overtime to a minimum and minimize contract labor hours
Coordine new hire training and support new employee oriention process
Da entry and administrive clerical support reled to department supplies, payroll, time & tendance in Kronos.
Make hospitality, customer service, and resident sisfaction your top priorities in every interaction
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstred success with MS Office suite including basic Excel experience
Proficient reading, comprehension, writing and mhemical ability
Must be able to communice clearly in verbal and written English
Capable of handling confidential informion responsibly
Demonstres initiive and reliable critical thinking skills
Professional, pleasant and team oriented titude
Consistent and reliable tendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operion of the community
