This highly visible role focuses on employee relations, HR compliance, workplace investigations, leadership coaching, risk mitigation, and operational HR support. The Regional Director partners closely with Executive Directors and community leadership teams to navigate complex employee situations, ensure consistent application of employment policies, strengthen HR practices, and foster positive workplace cultures. The ideal candidate brings strong employee relations expertise, sound judgment, knowledge of employment law, and experience supporting multiple locations in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or other service-focused industries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or other multi-site environments Strong knowledge of employee relations, workplace investigations, employment law, and HR compliance Experience coaching leaders and managing complex employee situations Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across all levels of an organization SHRM or HRCI certification preferred Ability to travel regularly including overnight stays within the assigned region About the Company Founded in Houston in 1997, Belmont Village is an integrated developer, owner, and operator of high-quality senior living communities, with more than 5,000 employees and 5,000 units.
