Provide end-to-end customer service, including quoting new and renewal business, building navigators, and addressing client inquiries. Collaborate with producers, account managers, and customer service representatives to deliver seamless service. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Utilize Employee Navigator and EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes. Support the team in achieving growth objectives by identifying opportunities to expand client accounts. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits account management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator and EPIC software. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player. Work Ethic: A commitment to honesty, integrity, and providing exceptional service to clients.
