Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter to support our hiring initiatives. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and exceptional administrative abilities to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to closing candidates.
- Operate effectively in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track and manage candidate pipelines.
- Develop and implement scalable and maintainable recruiting solutions.
- Maintain high detail-orientation and administrative organization to ensure no tasks are missed.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for healthcare-related roles.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least one year of full-cycle recruiting and independently closing candidates. A minimum of two years in a high-volume recruiting environment is required. Healthcare recruitment experience is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS is required.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $39.00 and $49.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
