Recruiter

Kforce's client, a leading organization in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment across primarily non-IT/direct hire recruiting. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver top talent across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for primarily non-IT roles
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates across functions including accounting/finance and other business areas
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and provide market insight
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and drive offer processes
• Adapt to shifting priorities and support recruiting efforts across teams as business needs evolve* 4-8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for a mix of agency and corporate recruiting
• Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build pipelines of passive talent
• Experience recruiting accounting and finance talent preferred; Broader non-IT experience also valued
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with an ATS such as SuccessFactors is a plus
