Position Summary
The Human Resources Leader is a senior HR professional who manages core HR activities across the team member lifecycle and leads efforts in talent acquisition, team member/labor relations, compliance, performance management, and talent management. This role collaborates with applicable teams to lead HR initiatives across inclusion, engagement, HRIS, safety, compensation, and benefits. This role serves as a subjectmatter resource and advisor to team members and leaders, handles complex escalations, and coordinates HR programs across functions/divisions/locations.
This position will be located at our Division's Irwin, Pennsylvania location.
Responsibilities
- Interfaces with functional and operational leaders on job openings; creates job requisition, manages candidate pool, conducts interviews, prepares job offers, conducts onboarading;
- Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycle;
- Ensures consistent application of policis and practices;
- Develop and administer local training; Work with managers to identify best utilization of corporate sponsored training;
- Ensure managers and employees complete development plans;
- Address complex and varied questions and concerns from managers and employees;
- Address questions on compensation and benefits;
- Conduct reporting and analytics, manages data in various local and Corporate systems for location and Division.
Qualifications
Necessary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
Advanced understanding of HR principles across the team member lifecycle (talent acquisition, relations, performance, compliance, compensation, benefits).
Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals (EEO/AA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA), recordkeeping, and confidentiality requirements.
Demonstrated exposure to complex team member relations, policy development, and HR program ownership. Proven experience with HRIS and Payroll platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, Kronos, SuccessFactors, UKG); proficient in Excel and data analysis.
Experience leading HR projects and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications: HR certification in progress or completed (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR).
Knowledge of manufacturing environments.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule
Competitive Compensation
- Pay Range: $88,000 to $146,000 annually
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
