Work Type: Full Time, Fully Remote after training, M-F 8a-5p
Compensation: $24-26/hr
Responsibilities/Achievements:
- Managed full-cycle processes and supported day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment
- Partnered with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions
- Maintained accurate records, systems, and reporting to support operational efficiency
- Provided high-quality customer service and acted as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
- Prioritized and managed multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines
- Utilized systems and tools to streamline workflows and improve overall processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, or recruiting/HR environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and/or similar systems
- Experience with CRM, ATS, or HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
