Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Recruiter opportunities in Chicago IL 60654. It provides applications focused on sales, customer service, marketing automation, emerce, analytics, artificial intelligence, and application development. Responsibilities for Recruiter include but are not limited to:

Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales roles (AEs, BDRs, SDRs, Sales Leaders)

Proactively source and engage top SaaS sales talent, including passive candidates

Partner closely with sales leadership as a trusted talent advisor

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive hiring from intake to onboarding

Manage pipelines, interview processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Candidates for Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:

6+ years of recruiting experience (Sales/GTM preferred)

Strong SaaS/tech sales hiring background

Proven success hiring quota-carrying reps

Expertise in sourcing (, direct outreach,petitor mapping)

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills

Pay: $47.00/HR.

Shift: Hybrid / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $47.00 to $46.00 per hour
