Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Recruiter opportunities in Chicago IL 60654. Responsibilities for Recruiter include but are not limited to:
Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales roles (AEs, BDRs, SDRs, Sales Leaders)
Proactively source and engage top SaaS sales talent, including passive candidates
Partner closely with sales leadership as a trusted talent advisor
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive hiring from intake to onboarding
Manage pipelines, interview processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Candidates for Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:
6+ years of recruiting experience (Sales/GTM preferred)
Strong SaaS/tech sales hiring background
Proven success hiring quota-carrying reps
Expertise in sourcing (, direct outreach,petitor mapping)
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills

Pay: $47.00/HR.
Shift: Hybrid / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $47.00 to $46.00 per hour
