Workplace Experience Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Support
Location: Dayton, NJ
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite 5 Days a Week)
Job Type: Ongoing Temporary Contract
Pay rate: $18-23 an hour depending on experience
We are seeking a professional,anized, and people-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team onsite in Dayton, NJ. This role will serve as the face of the office while also supporting the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling and coordination responsibilities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited to learn, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment w no two days look exactly the same. The role will be split approximately 50% Talent Acquisition support and 50% Front Desk/Office Coordination responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Support
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and candidates
Greet guests professionally and create a weing office environment
Answer and direct iing phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage iing and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain front desk andmon office areas
Assist with office coordination, supplies, and administrative projects as needed
Support onsite meetings, events, and training setup when required
Talent Acquisition Support
Coordinate and schedule interviews for recruiters and hiring managers
Manage interview logistics including calendar invites, confirmations, reminders, and room bookings
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the interview process
Maintain accurate scheduling and candidate information within ATS systems
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support, receptionist/front desk, recruiting coordination, or related experience
Stronganizational and multitasking skills
Excellentmunication and customer service abilities
Patient, flexible, and adaptable with changing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
Experience using an ATS or HR system such as Greenhouse is a plus
Someone who is eager to learn, proactive, and enjoys supporting both people and office operations
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable,anized, and enjoys being both the weing face of the office and a key support partner to the recruiting team. They arefortable juggling priorities, stay calm under pressure, and are always willing to jump in and help w needed.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $23.00 per hour
