We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to play a pivotal role in shaping HR functions and culture within our clients team. They are a US based leader in sustainable manufacturing! In this key position, you'll partner closely with leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience that supports our growth and success. What You'll Bring to the Table: Proven experience supporting full HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in HRIS systems like ADP Workforce Now, along with excellent organizational and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of employment laws, policies, and procedures, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with integrity. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with effective time management skills and a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities thoroughly. Nice to Have Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software. Manufacturing experience or familiarity with adjacent industries. HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR. Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field. At least two years of relevant HR experience, ideally supporting recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Additional Requirements: Ability to support recruiting efforts primarily in the target region, including some travel for onboarding and operational support. Commitment to maintaining documentation accuracy and compliance. Passion for building a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
