Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote) Location: Fully Remote Schedule: 9/80 Schedule (every other Friday off) 8 days = 9-hour shifts 1 day = 8-hour shift Every other Friday off Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a large, well-established Aerospace & Defense organization. This individual will drive full-cycle corporate recruiting efforts , partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent across multiple business units. This is a fast-paced role requiring a high sense of urgency, strong organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities while holding stakeholders accountable throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer/close Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and set clear expectations Drive accountability across the hiring process to ensure timely movement of candidates Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates using Workday ATS and additional recruiting tools Support hiring across a variety of roles including: Engineering Manufacturing / Assembly Quality Inspectors Supply Chain Program Management Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Corporate Recruiter Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and hold hiring managers accountable Experience working with an ATS, preferably Workday High level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for manufacturing or technical roles Experience in Aerospace & Defense (nice to have, not required) Key Skills Full-cycle recruiting Talent acquisition strategy Corporate recruiting Manufacturing recruiting Stakeholder management ATS systems (Workday preferred) Why Join Fully remote opportunity Consistent, structured schedule with every other Friday off Exposure to a wide range of roles across a large, reputable organization Opportunity to partner directly with hiring leaders and impact hiring outcomes Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
