This position is located within the Flight Program Operations, Flight Program Compliance, Technical Requirements Group. This position serves as the manager to the Logistics Team, AJF-4110.

To qualify for this position at the FV-J level, applicants must possess 52 weeks of specialized experience at the FV-I (FG/GS-13) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.

Specialized experience includes:

  • Experience planning, organizing, and executing the full life cycle of short- and long-term strategic plans and change management programs/plans; developing strategies to improve program implementation and evaluation; communicating with high level officials and stakeholders to exchange information on organizational initiatives and planning objectives; and using qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to evaluate the effectiveness of program operations and objectives.
  • Experience leading or managing employees responsible for ensuring compliance with standard procurement requirements.
  • Experience overseeing the reporting of audit measures to management.
