Reporting directly to the Director of Total Rewards, we are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Senior Da Analyst to manage complex, large-scale dasets supporting our Benefits operions. This role requires advanced Excel expertise, a strong focus on da integrity and accuracy, and the ability to navige incomplete or messy da environments while building robust, scalable processes.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in structured problem-solving, demonstres intellectual curiosity, and is motived to deeply understand systems, da flows, and benefits administrioneven without prior direct experience.

Key Responsibilities

Da Management & Integrity

• Manage and maintain large, complex dasets across multiple systems with a focus on completeness, accuracy, and redundancy.
• Build and maintain structured files and processes designed for scalability and repeability.
• Develop and implement built-in da validion checks to ensure da accuracy and consistency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve da discrepancies across systems and plforms.
• Work effectively with imperfect or unclean da, creing logic and controls to improve reliability.

Systems Integrion & Coordinion

• Support integrions and da flow between HRIS and other external plforms.
• Ensure smooth communicion and reconciliion between systems with differing structures and da quality levels.

Analytics

• Utilize advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, da modeling) to analyze and transform da.
• Genere reports and insights as needed to support decision-making.

Learning & Continuous Improvement

• Develop a strong understanding of benefits administrion (no prior experience required).
• Ask thoughtful, probing questions to fully understand da, systems, and processes.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve da quality, processes, and system integrion.

Qualificions

Required

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Engineering or other analytical programs
• 5 years experience in analytical da-focused role
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., nested formulas, da validion, pivot tables, macros/Power Query strongly preferred).
• Demonstred experience managing large dasets with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong tention to detail and commitment to da integrity.
• Experience working with incomplete, inconsistent, or dirty da.
• Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong organizional discipline.
• Ability to work independently and drive clarity in ambiguous situions.

Preferred

• Exposure to HRIS systems and da integrions.
• Experience building da validion frameworks and audit controls.
• Familiarity with benefits administrion (or strong willingness to learn quickly).
