The 107 acres of beachfront property provide endless brehtaking views and opportunities for marine wildlife wching, golfing, & meeting and conference spaces, creing a meditive, restorive, and grounding place to work.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR generalist support for Asilomar Conference Grounds and Hearst Castle, two premier destinions on the California Coast. This position is responsible for providing management and administrion of imperive HR processes to support two year-round operions within Aramark Destinions.

Compension Da

COMPENSATION: The Salaried re for this position is $87,000.00 to $100,000.00. If both numbers are the same, th is the amount th Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estime of the compension for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

? Issue resolution, follow up and recommendions for locions including but not limited to: Hotline calls response, investigions, Corrective action/performance management consulting, and Policy interpretion
? Employee Engagement Initiives ? Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up, corpore engagement and celebrion activities point of contact/coordinor
? Talent Acquisition ? Post positions, assist with interviews as needed, coordine recruitment functions.
? Union mter evaluion and collaborion with Labor Relions, union, and Sr. HR leadership? HR metrics reporting and analysis
? Benefits and Payroll assistance as needed
? On-boarding programs and initiives
? Compliance reporting

Qualificions

? SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP/PHR or SPHR certificion preferred.
? Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applicions is required.
? Human Resources planning and organizional development experience desired.
? Must have a minimum of 5-7years of experience in Human Resources
? Union and/or labor relions experience required.
? Ideal candides will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrion, Human Resources or the equivalent.
? Employment relions experience including conducting investigions and resolution development required.
? Proven ability to effectively interact, communice and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
? Strong analytical skills are required.
? Ability to train and make presentions will also be required.

? Solid understanding of financial and business objectives and analytical/problem solving skills.
? Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
? Must take initiive to improve processes as needed
? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situions where only limited standardizion exists
