InnovaCare Management Services Company, LLC Essential Job Functions Support recruiters and hiring managers in posting open positions and searching for qualified candidates. Provide administrative and operational support throughout the entire recruitment and hiring process. Help source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives. Coordinate candidate communications, including scheduling interviews and maintaining timely follow-up. Conduct initial phone screenings to verify candidate interest, availability, and basic qualifications. Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates throughout the hiring process. Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as drug screenings, onboarding paperwork, and new hire documentation, including I9s and E-Verify. Prepare regular recruitment reports, including hiring activity, interview status updates, and recruiting metrics. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies as well as federal, state, and local employment laws. Monitor recruitment workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Stay informed on healthcare hiring trends and labor market conditions to support recruiting efforts. Provide excellent customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Minimum Required Education, Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree preferred or at least one to two years in the recruitment field. Excellent knowledge of human resource development and management. Knowledge of the medical facility you are working in or the respective healthcare client. Excellent organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and targets. Ability to understand and analyze people. Well organized and detail oriented. Physical & Mental Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 100 pounds of force Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time Ability to properly drive and operate a company vehicle Ability to use fine motor skills to operate equipment and/or machinery Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving Occasionally requires exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids Ability to discriminate shades of color when reading a dipstick.
