Compensation
- Base pay starting between $66,200 - $73,600/ yr

Job DutiesResponsible for the strategy, optimization, and day-to-day management of our Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, anchored by iCims. This role ensures seamless candidate and recruiter experiences by integrating and managing systems including applicant tracking, background screening, relocation services, and related vendor platforms. Partners across HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition to drive efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and scalable hiring operations that support business growth.
Essential (Primary) Functions:
- Talent Technology Strategy & Ownership: Own and optimize the end-to-end talent tech stack, with primary accountability for iCIMS Talent Cloud. Define and execute roadmap for system enhancements, integrations, and automation. Evaluate and implement new tools to improve recruiting effectiveness, candidate experience, and new hire onboarding experience.
- ATS Administration & Optimization : Lead configuration, workflows, templates, and user permissions within iCIMS. Drive continuous improvement of recruiter and hiring manager experience while supporting employer branding. Ensure data accuracy, data security, data privacy, reporting integrity, and system governance. Provide end-user support of iCims system.
- Vendor & Program Management: Manage key vendor relationships, including Background check and Drug Testing providers, Relocation partners, Oversee vendor SLAs, performance metrics, and cost management, Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (FCRA, EEOC, etc.). Administer Referral Bonus program.
- Process Excellence & Operations: Design and standardize hiring workflows across the enterprise. Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and cycle time. Partners with TA leaders to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction. Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation .
- Data, Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reporting to provide actionable hiring insights . Leverage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Support workforce planning and talent strategy through analytics.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with HRIS, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams on system integrations and governance. Support change management and training for recruiters and hiring managers. Act as the primary escalation point for system and vendor-related issues.
- Associated Functions: Project management, back-up task support for TR team members, perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field required.
- At least three years of experience with HR business systems highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Technology, or similar
- Deep expertise with iCIMS Talent Cloud (configuration, reporting, integrations)
- Experience in high-volume or retail hiring environments
- Knowledge of employment compliance regulations (FCRA, OFCCP, EEOC)
