Business Development Manager (Staffing)

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our staffing business by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in staffing sales, relationship management, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships across target industries

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure

  • Sell staffing solutions including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams

  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates

  • Develop account strategies to grow existing clients and increase wallet share

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools

  • Stay current on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape

  • Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences
