We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our staffing business by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in staffing sales, relationship management, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships across target industries
Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
Sell staffing solutions including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement services
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams
Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
Develop account strategies to grow existing clients and increase wallet share
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools
Stay current on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape
Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences
