Human Resource Coordinator

Our client, located in the Whites Creek (20 miles north west of downtown Nashville), is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to join their team.
This role is expected to last roughly 12 weeks, with a HYBRID schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote), Monday Friday, 9-6.
Duties:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs
  • Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies, benefits, and day-to-day inquiries
  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality
  • Oversee HR operations, including employee records, HRIS updates, and processing employee lifecycle changes
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, policies, and required training
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee support
  • Coordinate training programs, track completion, and support performance management processes
  • Contribute to a positive, values-driven culture and support cross-functional organizational initiatives

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years experience in HR
  • HRIS experience, ADP WFH preferred
  • Experienced supporting organizations with 100+ employees

Pay: up to $26/hour
