HR Business Partner – Arcosa Wind Towers

Support Manufacturing. Shape Culture. Drive Business Results.

At Arcosa Wind Towers, we don’t just support renewable energy—we build it. Our teams fabricate the structural backbone of wind energy across North America, and our success depends on strong frontline leadership and a high-performing workforce.

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our wind tower manufacturing operations across multiple plants. You will be a true business partner, directly influencing talent, culture, and operational performance.

What This Role Is Really Like

  • You’ll spend time in plants, partnering with leaders in a fast-paced, industrial environment
  • You’ll move between big-picture thinking and real-time problem solving
  • Priorities will shift—you’ll need to be comfortable stepping in wherever the business needs you
  • Some days will be strategic; others will require you to roll up your sleeves and handle urgent, tactical needs

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with plant/BU leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned to business goals
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational objectives
  • Use data and insights to influence decisions on retention, engagement, and performance

Talent & Leadership Development

  • Drive end-to-end talent processes including recruiting strategy, onboarding, and retention
  • Support talent reviews and development planning; participate in leader meetings, create robust employee development plans, and partner with leaders to ensure talent readiness
  • Serve as a key partner in building leadership capability through training and coaching (Arcosa Leadership University)

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation
  • Help leaders navigate complex workforce challenges with confidence and consistency
  • Support efforts to strengthen culture, engagement, and communication across sites

Operational Responsibilities

  • Step in where needed—this role requires a flexible, “utility player” mindset
  • Support HR operations including reporting, audits, compliance, and HR systems
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects (e.g., stay interviews, retention, training deployment)
  • Partner across sites, traveling up to ~30% to support plant needs

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and build credibility in an operations setting
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to business outcomes
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with confidence
  • Experience with employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Committed to your development and open to being mentored
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Join a team that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits

Arcosa offers a competitive total rewards package including:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development
  • Wellness programs and additional voluntary benefits
