Front Range Staffing is seeking a Staffing Coordinator with recruiting, customer service representative, human resources or staffing experience to join our growing team in Colorado Springs.
Pay: Starting at $52,000 + commission and bonus potential
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Environment: 100% In-Person
We're looking for someone who is energetic, organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, building relationships, multitasking, and helping people find meaningful work.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates
Maintain job postings and candidate pipelines
Use social media, referrals, networking, and online tools to source talent
Support clients and employees with communication and follow-through
Assist with onboarding, E-Verify, I-9s, and hiring documentation
Create job ads and candidate resumes
Build relationships with clients and help support business growth
Qualifications:
2+ years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, social media, and new technology/AI tools
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional demeanor and dependable transportation
