Job Summary

The HR Specialist/Coordinor - Badging is responsible for processing and managing airport identificion credentials, including badges and access seals, in compliance with TSA and airport security regulions. This role ensures accure tracking of employee stuses, supports audits, and helps maintain current headcount da from training through active employment. The ideal candide is detail-oriented, thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and excels in coordinion and record management.

The expected pay re is $27.00/ hr. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company mch paid vacion time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities

    • Work closely with Training and Operions teams to confirm onboarding completion and eligibility for credentialing.
    • Facilite submission of paperwork for background checks and fingerprinting to process badges and seals for new hires, ensuring all regulory requirements are met (ie. Valid IDs, supporting documents)
    • Manage and track badge and seal issuance then upding stus to reflect in system records accurely.
    • Coordine and manage badge and seal renewals by tracking expirion des and proactively communicing with departments to ensure timely compliance.
    • Maintain complete and up-to-de records of badge stuses (e.g., active, expired, termined, pending).
    • Support internal and external audits by ensuring da accuracy and documention completeness.
    • Provide regular reporting on active headcount vs badge/seal stus, and compliance metrics.
    • Maintain precise and accure da entry in all systems and ensure adherence to da retention policies.
    • Communice badge/seal processes and deadlines clearly to employees and team leads.
    • Perform various other HR tasks to support team such like, but not limited to front desk, filing, employee assistance, etc..

Your profile

    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with shifting priorities.
    • 12 years of experience in a similar or reguled environment (e.g., airport, government, corpore security, HR admin).
    • Strong tention to detail and accuracy in da entry and documention.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (da tracking, filtering, reporting, and formulas).
    • Experience managing or supporting audits and regulory compliance.
    • Demonstred ability to track and manage employee stuses, including onboarding and credentialing timelines.
    • Excellent organizional, time-management, and communicion skills.
    • Ability to manage sensitive informion confidentially and responsibly.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associe degree or higher preferred.
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain required airport security clearances.
    • Able to collabore on projects, maintain effective relionships
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualificions:

    • Familiarity with TSA regulions, airport security protocols, and badging systems.
    • Experience with employee onboarding or credentialing software.
    • Strong customer service background in compliance-driven environments.
