We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable HR Clerk to join our team in Jurupa Valley!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation
Process weekly time & attendance/payroll support
Maintain personnel files and HR documentation
Support employee relations and respond to employee inquiries
Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans
Coordinate Workers Compensation reporting and OSHA recordkeeping
Support leave administration including FMLA and accommodations
Conduct HR-related trainings and policy guidance
Coordinate employee recognition programs and evaluations
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Perform additional HR duties as assigned
Qualifications:
25 years of Human Resources experience preferred
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and computer skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employee relations
Job Details:
Shift: Full time, Monday to Friday, 1st Shift Must be Flexible
Pay: $21-$25/hour
