Supplier Onboarding& Operations

Duration: starting immediately for one year, with possible extension

We are seeking a Supplier Operations & Coupa Analyst to support a global procurement and finance organization. This role will focus on supplier onboarding, vendor master data management, shared services support, and supplier issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supplier operations, procurement, accounts payable, or shared services environments and be comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end supplier onboarding and enablement activities
  • Maintain supplier master data and vendor records in Coupa and related systems
  • Perform supplier sanctions screening, TIN matching, and tax documentation support
  • Assist with supplier inquiries, issue resolution, and escalation management
  • Support Early Payment Program administration and supplier payment inquiries
  • Review PO coding accuracy and support procurement data quality initiatives
  • Coordinate contract-related inquiries and shipping address validation
  • Partner with internal shared services and outsourced teams to support daily operations
  • Assist with reporting, SLA tracking, and operational metrics
  • Provide support for REWS and Simple Legal supplier-related activities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Operations, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or Procure-to-Pay environments
  • Experience with Coupa or similar procurement/supplier management platforms
  • Experience supporting suppliers onboarding and vendor maintenance processes
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally

Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $55 - 75/hr
