Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Support day-to-day HR operations and provide guidance to employees and management.
- Recruitment: Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- LOA Management: Oversee Leaves of Absence (LOA) programs, including Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, and PFL, from intake through return-to-work, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Benefits & Payroll: Assist with benefits administration, HR programs, and support payroll processes (such as tracking employee hours and handling tax and benefit deductions).
- Company Culture: Assist with employee morale initiatives and events.
