Commodity / Sourcing Specialist

Our client, a global aerospace and supply chain operations organization , is seeking a Commodity / Sourcing Specialist to join their team. As a Commodity / Sourcing Specialist , you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting global sourcing, procurement, and contract management teams . The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills , attention to detail , and a business-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Commodity / Sourcing Specialist
Location: Torrance, CA (2525 West 190th Street, Torrance, CA 90504, United States 100% onsite)
Pay Range: $35/hr

• Execute sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities across the global supply base
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage contract documentation (NDAs, amendments, compliance packages)
• Maintain and update SAP and contract management systems for pricing, agreements, and supplier data
• Support RFQ processes, cost analysis (Should Cost), and supplier performance tracking
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with sourcing strategies and KPIs

• 13 years of supply chain, sourcing, or procurement experience
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Bachelors degree (preferred) or relevant experience in supply chain or business
