Our client is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to join their team. As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will be part of the Organizational Development (OD) Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Department, ensuring seamless logistics for development programs and solutions.
  • Support the New Associate Orientation (NAO) Program by managing scheduling, logistics, and material readiness with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Maintain and support the Learning Management System (LMS) by updating rosters, participant evaluations, and training records.
  • Track budgets, process vendor invoices, and collaborate with budget owners to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and vendors, managing requests related to registrations, rescheduling, and reporting with professionalism and timeliness.

What's Needed?

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in an administrative role.
  • At least two years of administrative experience, preferably within a Training and Development Group
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Lists, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to create processes, checklists, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
