Payroll Administrator Job Responsibilities
Process and administer payroll for multiple locations and departments
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Maintain payroll records, employee data, and timekeeping systems
Review and validate timecards and payroll reports for accuracy
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner
Assist with payroll audits and yearend processing (including W2s)
Collaborate with HR, accounting, and department managers as needed
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive employee data
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Compensation Disclosure:
The Corporate Payroll Administrator position is paid on a pay scale that includes a Base Hourly Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
Actual compensation within this range will be determined by jobrelated factors such as experience, skill level, and qualifications.
QualificationsPayroll Administrator Qualifications
Previous payroll administration experience preferred, ideally in a multilocation environment
Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office (Excel strongly preferred)
Ability to manage deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Experience in dealership or automotive environment is a plus
Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
