Vyond is seeking a talented Human Resources Representative to join our Human Resources team in supporting the employees of the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, you will serve as the primary HR contact for our local office, providing comprehensive HR services including talent acquisition/recruiting, benefits administration, performance management, employee engagement, and office management. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to improve the employee experience at Vyond while managing the day-to-day operations of our office environment.
Job Responsibilities:HR Operations & Employee Engagement
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees in the local office, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
Handle employee inquiries and provide personalized HR support; escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Senior Director of HR as needed
Manage HRIS data entry, records, and maintenance in collaboration with the Senior Director of HR, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist in administering employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for benefits-related questions
Process semi-monthly payroll in ADP WorkforceNow.
Assist in onboarding to ensure proper integration into the organization
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and conferences
Foster a positive workplace culture and employee experience
Compliance & Safety
Support ISO audit preparation and compliance activities
Coordinate safety compliance with cross-functional teams to maintain workplace safety compliance
Ensure that documented policies and procedures are well communicated to your assigned business groups, and work with managers to ensure proper execution.
Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations for the local office, including management of shared workspace
Collaborate with Finance on expense management
Manage office procurement including snacks, supplies, and other necessary items
Ensure office guidelines are followed and maintain a professional, functional work environment
Serve as primary liaison with building management and obtain required documentation (security logs, etc.)
Required:
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, employee relations, or office management
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
People-oriented and results-driven approach
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively across business lines including sales, IT, and marketing
Proficiency with G Suite, Microsoft Office, and general computing applications
Experience with HRIS systems and databases (ADP preferred)
Payroll processing experience.

SaaS industry experience
Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
Familiarity with video creation/production software solutions
Experience managing office operations and vendor relationships
Background in benefits administration
ISO audit or compliance experience
