Were looking for a strategic and handson HR Business Partner to support our North America Sales, Customer Experience, Global Service & Digital Solutions, and Product Management teams. This role requires strong business acumen, the ability to navigate complex environments, and a balance of strategic thinking with handson execution.

Reporting & Relationships

  • Reports to: Senior HR Director Aerials

  • Partners with: Leadership teams in NA Sales; Customer Experience; Global Service & Digital Solutions

What You Will Do

Shape the people strategy. Translate our commercial, product, and customer priorities into practical people plans that strengthen performance, capability, and culture.

Coach and enable leaders. Be a trusted advisor to NA Sales, Customer Experience, Global Services & Digital Solutions, and Product Management leaders improving manager effectiveness, clarity, communication, decisionmaking, and team health.

Build talent and leadership strength. Drive succession planning, accelerate development of hipotential talent, and partner closely on hiring for critical roles.

Improve how teams work. Lead org design improvements, clarify decision rights, and streamline handoffs across functions.

Lead change. Support transformations, restructures, and process improvements using data, influencing skills, and structured change management.

Use data to drive action. Bring insights from workforce analytics, engagement data, productivity metrics, and customer outcomes to inform decisions.

Partner across HR. Work closely with COEs and Shared Services, ensuring seamless execution and consistent adoption of HR tools, processes, and digital solutions.

  • A consistent HR operating rhythm tied to business impact (QBRs, KPI reviews, leadership forums)

  • Strong succession benches and timely moves that build capability

  • Higher engagement, lower regrettable attrition, and a more connected culture

What Youll Bring

  • Education: Bachelors required; Masters in HR/IR/OD or MBA preferred.

  • 46 years as an HRBP supporting complex, matrixed, customer-facing (Sales/Commercial) and/or product/technology organizations.

  • Depth across CAHRS HR Business Partner capability pillars (CAHRS World-Class HRBP Framework (full report)) strategy engagement, talent & leadership, organizational effectiveness, and operating model orchestration. Examples include:

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with handson execution

  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives

  • High-level interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Datadriven mindset and strong influencing skills across senior stakeholders

  • Strength in org design, leadership coaching, talent planning, and change delivery

  • Ability to drive innovative HR solutions in a fast-changing business landscape.

  • Proven ability to adapt to new digital capabilities quickly and pragmatically.

  • Comfortable leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance insights, streamline workflows and improve the effectiveness of HR solutions.

Salary : The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $135,000.00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
