The Opportunity

We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and motivated Business HR Analyst to join our team and help build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is excited to learn, grow, and develop skills in HR analytics, operations, and process improvement within our Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics organization. Based onsite in Lake Forest, IL , you will gain hands-on experience working with HR data, improving processes, and supporting key people initiatives. Youll partner closely with HR and business leaders while learning how data and technology can drive better talent decisions and business outcomes. This is a great opportunity to develop technical, analytical, and consulting skills while contributing to meaningful work that impacts employees and leaders across the organization.

What Youll Work On

  • Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, hiring, attrition, performance)

  • Learn how to analyze HR data and help translate insights into clear, simple summaries for HR and business partners

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes using tools such as Workday, Excel, and Power BI

  • Help maintain accurate employee data and ensure consistency across HR systems

  • Support key HR processes (e.g., reporting, audits, and annual programs such as compensation and talent management)

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve how information is shared and accessed across HR

  • Contribute to projects focused on improving efficiency, organization, and overall HR experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Basic to intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to build a career in HR

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or project experience in HR or analytics

  • Exposure to HR systems like Workday or data tools like Power BI

  • Familiarity with HR processes (talent management, compensation cycles, performance management, etc.)

  • Self-starter who is interested in working with data and learning analytical tools

The base pay for this position is

$50,700.00 $101,300.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
