We are seeking an energetic and organized Desk Recruiter to join our busy staffing office in downtown Bellingham. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and filling jobs in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:

This role is best suited for a recruiter who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer service experience.
Success in this branch requires a strong sense of urgency, organization, resilience, and relationship-building skills, particularly with hourly and industrial talent.
Experience in staffing or agency recruiting (industrial, light industrial, food production, or MSP clients) will help with ramp-up, though we remain open to candidates with transferable, high-volume customer-facing backgrounds.
Spanish or Punjabi bilingual skills are a strong asset but not required.
