Bilingual Staffing Coordinator (English/Spanish) $20 - $23/hr

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Vallejo, CA. Responsibilities will include onboarding and directing our temporary staff, providing excellent customer service to our partners, processing payroll and billing.
Key Responsibilities
Hiring: Process applications, qualify, and place temporary employees.
Scheduling & Placement: Match employees to appropriate job assignments based on their skills, availability, and client needs. Maintain communication with both employees and business partners to ensure the quality of our work and the safety of our employees.
Administrative & Payroll Support: Maintain accurate candidate and employee records. Assist internal staff with timecard processing, attendance monitoring, and weekly payroll operations.
Client & Employee Relations: Build and maintain lasting relationships with both hiring managers and field employees. Actively check in on placement success and address any concerns or performance issues. Offer direction to employees to foster improvement and basic discipline.
Sales and Marketing: Source business leads, develop prospect profiles, participate in basic sales processes including phone and email contact.
Qualifications
Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is required (written and verbal).
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or a high-volume customer service/clerical role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) / scheduling software.
Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive and remain professional in a fast-paced environment with busy phone lines.
Preferred Background: Previous work experience in a Staffing or Recruiting office, Retail Leadership, or Human Resources for an industrial company.
