Bilingual HR Administrator (English/Spanish)
Location: Pilsen - Chicago, IL (Onsite)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the Pilsen area to hire a Bilingual HR Administrator. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering hands-on experience across HR operations, onboarding, and payroll support.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys supporting day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination
Post and manage job openings; assist with applicant tracking and resume forwarding to hiring managers
Schedule interviews and support basic recruitment coordination (no full-cycle recruiting)
Assist with payroll processing in Paylocity (approx. 10%)
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support benefits administration and general HR inquiries
Provide administrative support across HR functions and assist with ad hoc projects
Qualifications
Bilingual in English/Spanish (required)
2+ years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or related field
Paylocity experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Comfortable working fully onsite in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
