Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Organizational Change Management Specialist. The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year.

What you'll do:

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will has a broad range of experience in OCM, Communications and Training. This person will be responsible for translating business and functional objectives into actionable plans and guiding their execution. The role will particiapte in the development of these objectives and will be accountable for results that impact the entire business or function.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  • Translate business initiative-level objectives into detailed plans and guide their execution.
  • Coordinate the execution of change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of change initiatives.
  • Communicate change initiatives and their impact to all stakeholders effectively.
  • Plans and executes training initiatives that span IT and other functions.
  • Interprets and explains complex information to internal teams in a away they can consume.

Expected Outcomes and Success Metrics:

  • Implementation of Change Initiatives
  • Ensure that assigned change initiatives are implemented successfully, meeting the defined objectives and timelines.
  • Achieve high levels of employee adoption and usage of new processes, systems, and tools introduced through change initiatives.

Communication and Support:

  • Communicate change initiatives and their impact to all stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to help them adapt to changes.

Collaboration and Integration:

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of change initiatives.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to support change management efforts.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve the change management process.

Stakeholder Satisfaction:

  • Maintain high levels of satisfaction among stakeholders by effectively addressing any concerns and providing necessary support.
  • Ensure that stakeholder perspectives are considered and incorporated into change management plans.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications (required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or HR.
  • No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH: Moon Township, PA: Galesburg MI: Houston TX: Menomonee Falls WI: or Raleigh NC.

Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States on a continuous basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates expertise applying structured change management methodologies (PROSCI/ADKAR) across the full change lifecycle - from impact assessment through sustainment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience communicating with executives.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to manage multiple projects with unique schedules and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in planning and executing training
