Remote Recruiter (Full-Time / Part-Time 100% Remote)

Pay: Training: $15/hr for 1-2 weeks | Regular: $17.50$20/hr + Weekly Bonuses ($1,000$3,000+/week)

About the Role

Were looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our remote recruiting team! Youll connect with candidates, host virtual sessions, and guide them through the hiring process all from your laptop.

Whether youre experienced in recruiting or just naturally great with people, well train you and provide all the tools you need to succeed.

What Youll Do

• Host engaging 3045 minute virtual info sessions with small groups of candidates
• Conduct one-on-one conversations to answer questions and assess fit
• Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy
• Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation
• Represent our companys culture and values in every conversation

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication and public speaking skills (recruiting experience a plus!)
• Comfortable presenting to small groups or on camera
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Tech-savvy and organized while working independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
