What Youll Do
Lead and implement a comprehensive Industrial Safety Program
Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
Drive a strong safety culture through training, coaching, and engagement
Oversee contractor safety programs and compliance documentation
Manage industrial hygiene programs (noise, dust, exposure monitoring)
Deliver new hire, refresher, and ongoing safety training programs
Supervise Radiation Safety Program and ensure regulatory compliance
Support emergency response planning and continuous safety improvements
What You Bring
5+ years of industrial safety experience (uranium, energy, or heavy industry a plus)
Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910 & 1926 standards
OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent safety credentials)
Experience in safety training, investigations, and compliance
Ability to lead, communicate, and influence across teams
Background in industrial hygiene, environmental monitoring, or radiation safety is a plus

Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
