The Human Resources Coordinator is the main point of contact for employees and managers on all topics related to employment. This individual is responsible for welcoming and onboarding new employees and answering employee questions related to benefits, company policies, and HR processes. The Human Resources Coordinator is also responsible for all daily Human Resources functions including recordkeeping, benefits administration, and company communication.
Essential Functions:
Perform routine tasks related to staffing changes and maintain employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
Manage enrollment and administration of employee benefits for new hire elections, life event changes, and separation of employment.
Act as liasion between HR and management regarding employee status changes and performance management.
Assist with the Performance Review Process.
Prepare and disseminate HR Communications.

Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Desire to be part of a team and thrive in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of 1-3 years education and experience in Human Resources or related field
SHRM-CP or PHR Certification a plus.
