Position Responsibilities
- Monitor the ticketing system queue for all RH and RFM inquiries, complete basic troubleshooting, gather pertinent information, and resolve or escalate all tickets as needed. This includes partnering with cross-functional teams to lead change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective execution
- Provide Tier I technical support for HR systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving RH and RFM specific problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Recommend best practices including process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and initiatives to automate and streamline system analysis, data integration, and reporting capabilities
- Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing RH and RFM HR team needs for yearly processes
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures, User Instructions, and process documentation
- Keep current with technology trends while continuously increasing both HR and HRIS knowledge
- Travel up to 10%
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Master’s Degree
