- Culture & Talent: Drive engagement for 130+ global staff; manage lifecycle HR solutions (recruitment to offboarding).
- Employee Relations: Resolve complex issues, conduct investigations, and coach leadership.
- Total Rewards & Tech: Benchmark compensation, manage 403(b) audits, and optimize Paycom.
- Global Mobility: Advise on US immigration laws and manage worker visas (H-1B, E3, J1).
- Leadership: Act as an accessible "player-coach" to mentor a junior HR Associate.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with proven departmental leadership.
- Deep global mobility expertise (US immigration and visa processing).
- Background in nonprofits, arts, museums, education, or think tanks.
- Tech-fluent in Paycom (or major HRIS), MS Office, Slack, and monday.com.
- Impeccable judgment, gravitas, and calm under pressure.
