Spherion Fargo is partnering with a top-tier local client to find an experienced HR Generalist. In this dynamic role, you'll drive daily HR operations and support the entire employee lifecycle. From recruitment and employee relations to benefits and compliance, you'll serve as the essential bridge connecting management and staff.

Salary: $50-75k/year DOE

Responsibilities:
-Recruiting & Onboarding: Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and conduct new-hire orientations. [1]
-Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate workplace conflicts, and support performance management. [1, 2]
-Benefits & Payroll: Assist with payroll processing and administer health benefits, leave of absence (FMLA/OFLA), and wellness programs. [1, 2]
-Compliance & Records: Ensure company policies align with local, state, and federal labor laws, and maintain confidential personnel files within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-Bachelor???s degree in HR, Management, or related field
-SHRM certification (CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR equivalent) required
-3+ years of HR or management experience

-Excellent communication and organizational skills
