What You'll Do
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and configuration specialist across HR systems, including but not limited to SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession, and Role-Based Permissions)
  • Act as system administrator for HRIS tools such as Visier, People Element, and other employee engagement or communication platforms
  • Lead HRIS projects and SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions
  • Provide mentorship to junior analysts and support change management initiatives
  • Perform advanced reporting and analytics using tools such as SuccessFactors and Visier to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity and governance through regular audits, validations, and system controls
  • Evaluate system releases and upgrades, recommending enhancements across HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Visier, Docebo, People Element)
  • Build and follow standardized processes, while identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization
  • Drive HRIS adoption and utilization across the organization, including UAT coordination and training
  • Demonstrate leadership by influencing outcomes, driving initiatives, and fostering accountability
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
What You'll Need
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration, support, and administration across multiple modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Succession, RBP)
  • 35 years of HRIS experience, including leading projects or system implementations
  • Experience supporting and managing SuccessFactors release cycles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct and present root cause analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Proven ability to lead HRIS projects and implementations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, with a process-driven mindset and commitment to quality
  • Ability to mentor, train, and support team members
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities using tools such as Excel, Cherwell, or similar platforms
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including initiative, accountability, innovation, and influence
  • Ability to engage effectively with all levels of leadership
Your Education
  • Bachelors Degree required
